Human Resource Management MS Applicants with a GPA of 2.0-2.49 and a minimum of two years of substantial experience and responsibility in a field related to human resources and documented in a current resume will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

BUS 521 - Must be taken before or during student's first semester of core course work.
Department Chair Students can be admitted conditionally until all admissions requirements are met. Students receiving financial aid must be fully admitted after one year in order to maintain their eligibility. N/A

Human Resource Management Graduate Certificate Admission is limited by enrollment capacity. Students who have already been admitted into a UIS graduate degree program will automatically be admitted into the certificate program upon receipt of the Change of Curriculum form. Applicants who are not currently admitted into a UIS graduate degree program must provide the following:

*A graduate non-degree seeking application (with certificate designated);

*Official undergraduate transcripts; and

*A 2.5 cumulative undergraduate GPA or better, or two years of substantial experience and responsibility in a field related to human resources and documented in a current resume will be considered on a case-by-case basis
MGT 431 or BUS 541 or an equivalent course
