Legal Aspects of Education Graduate Certificate
This six course online graduate certificate allows educators to acquire knowledge in fundamental legal issues, and study legal developments that schools are likely to encounter.
Graduate Degree Opportunity
Students can apply the 12 credits in Legal Aspects of Education to the Master of Arts in Education.
Passing at the graduate level is considered a B or higher. A maximum of eight hours of C (2.0) grades is applicable, provided that a minimum GPA of 3.0 is reached at the time of program completion and an approved Student Petition is on file in the Office of Records and Registration. Grades of C- or lower are not accepted.
